We offer multiple levels of guidance and support for various stages of the healing and discovery process. From beginner to intermediate to advanced, depending on the individuals baseline, needs, and acceptance. We also will utilize exterior connections and modalities if necessary, as well as referrals to a licensed professional if necessary or desired by client or recommended by practitioner.

Our Mission

I started this business because as I went through my own healing journey, thinking I was behind or disadvantaged, I realized just how many people are also stuck in some way. They don't know how to heal and grow as a person, or where to begin. I would like to try to assist in helping those that want to find their path. On a personal level, I have acquired a multitude of experience and done private study on several subjects. I have also completed courses in Trauma Informed Care, Nervous System Informed Care and Support Practitioner. A bit further, I stepped out of a career in healthcare, Geriatrics, of 16 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, 7 of those years as a Registered Medication Aid as well. While I am not a licensed professional, I can make referrals as needed and incorporate HIPPA standards.
